David Michaud is Founder & CEO of Parvis Invest and advises SPC across M&A, securities, capital markets and transaction execution. A corporate and securities lawyer with more than 15 years across finance and institutional transactions, he has completed domestic and cross-border acquisitions and helped structure financial transactions and investments valued up to $20 billion. He previously served as Legal Director at Fiera Capital and Senior Legal Counsel at National Bank of Canada.
